Refund policy

How to return

Email info@xfragrance.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you're returning, then post them securely with a note including your name and order number to:

X Fragrance, Unit 1 Oldmixon Crescent, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 9AX

We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns that don't reach us. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds

We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, and email you to confirm.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it, including any postage costs.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and does not affect them.
